Ендоскопска мукозна резекция (ЕМР) на интрамукозен карцином и ендоскопско лечение на постпроцедурна перфорация – клиничен случай

Резюме

Ендоскопската мукозна резекция (ЕМР) е миниинвазивна, достъпна и ефективна методика за премахване на доброкачествени полипи и ранни карциноми на гастроинтестиналния тракт. В сравнение с хирургичното лечение тя предлага по-безопасна алтернатива с по-добри резултати и по-бързо възстановяване на пациента. Усложненията, които могат да възникнат след полипектомия чрез ЕМР, подлежат на ендоскопско лечение с добър успех при спазване на препоръките за поведение при ятрогенни усложнения. Представеният клиничен случай доказва, че рискът от перфорация се увеличава с размера на полипа, както и че полипектомията в такива случаи трябва да бъде извършена от опитен ендоскопист и подготвен екип, за да се осигури успешно лечение.
